Hearing aids battery needs to be used carefully and certain things need to be avoided while using it. The first don’t or the task that should not be done with the battery is its exposure and contact with metallic objects. If it comes in contact with any metal, then it will discharge.
The battery should not be wet and even in the case of being slightly wet, it should not be used. Otherwise, it will harm the hearing aid or sound processor. Also, mouldy or rusty batteries should never be used. Being a little careful can increase the durability of the battery.
